The Animal League will hold its 11th annual Puttin’ Fore Paws golf tournament at the beautiful Green Valley Country Club in Clermont, FL. The golf course features rolling hills, elevation changes, scenic views, ponds and lakes with local wildlife, and an abundance of challenging shots to test players of all skill levels. We know you will enjoy playing at Green Valley Country Club while helping to raise money for the adorable adoptables of The Animal League.
Registration/Check-in will open at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Lunch will be served following play and is included in each registration. We will have contests for longest drive and closest-to-the-pin, raffle prizes, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, mulligans and of course, adorable adoptables on site. Sponsorship opportunities are available and encouraged! Proceeds go to rehabilitating and rehoming neglected and abused cats and dogs.

Information for Golfing
Registration/check-in will open at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Lunch will be served following play and is included in each registration. We will have contests for longest drive and closest-to-the-pin, raffle prizes, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, mulligans and of course, adorable adoptables on site. Please register and pay below by credit card or PayPal. Prices are:
- Super Single Ticket (includes golf, lunch, putting contest, 3 mulligan’s & 5 raffle prize tickets) – $130 pay in advance or $145 day of event
- Standard Single Ticket (includes golf and lunch) – $95 pay in advance or $110 day of event
The pro shop at Green Valley can not accept payment for the golf tournament. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at puttinforepaws@theanimalleague.org.

Puttin’ Fore Paws Registration
What you will need in order to complete the form
Golf: You will be asked to provide names and email addresses for all participants.
Lunch Only: Please provide name and contact details for the person the booking is under.
Sponsorship: In addition to address and contact information, sponsorships higher than Furry Friend require an upload of a small logo or image (max. 1MB) for use on our website and social media. After submitting the form, you will receive instructions via email for sending us an additional, high-resolution image for use at the course hole. Any included or added golf registrations will require names and email addresses for all participants.
Unable to complete the Online Form?
If you are unable to complete the online form, please complete the paper registration form, send it to puttinforepaws@theanimalleague.org or 4648 Baptist Island Road, Groveland, FL 34736, and proceed to make your payment via PayPal. If you must pay by check or other means, please send an email to puttinforepaws@theanimalleague.org for further instruction.
